There's something deep in that, and thank you for your great compliment about the poem! I am touched. I haven't yet blogged about it because they haven't made any announcements, but I'd like to let people know, for instance, that my book is going out of print at the end of the year, and my other book won't happen now. Hope we will know more soon.<br />Just know for now I am grieving right right you!Supervillainesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03721829125190373978noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9144957.post-81814420518066128892012-08-05T22:37:03.683-07:002012-08-05T22:37:03.683-07:00In school we are taught that natures beautiful sou...In school we are taught that natures beautiful sounds are really a cry for survival. So for me the beauty is hampered by the idea of the fight to survive. I guess as a poet you can take leave of this quandry and hear the symphony of sounds that abound. The sound of the ocean is constant. Kabir the great Indian mystic spoke of sound. I enjoyed the mysticism in your poem. Kabir would have also enjoyed it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
